Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Listen and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner; provide accurate information on hotel, casino, and city services.
• Supervise housekeeping hourly staff and assist with interviews, evaluations, and progressive discipline when required.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
• Monitor daily work performance and ensure completion of duties and proper handling of all keys.
• Coordinate room status information with front office staff and communicate clearly with team.
