Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to supervise and train Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, House Persons, and Laundry Attendants, ensuring all standards are met. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a strong eye for detail.

You will contribute to unforgettable guest experiences and help deliver excellence in housekeeping operations across all floors, collaborating with managers to optimize service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous guest relations training.
• Previous hospitality industry experience, preferably housekeeping in a 4-star market.
• 2 years’ experience cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• Able to input/access information in property management systems/computers.
• Able to communicate via company devices (e.g., cell phones).
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports team members and fosters teamwork.
• Know and follow all policies and standards; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guests and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect rooms and assign staff; update room status.
• Train staff and provide performance feedback to management.
• Complete paperwork and shift handover with manager.
