Caesars Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Shift Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations within the casino and public areas. You will manage scheduling, ensure cleanliness standards, and promote a family-style service attitude across team members.

Responsibilities include staff development, budget awareness, safety compliance, and addressing guest concerns while maintaining high guest satisfaction. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Two to five years janitorial or housekeeping experience in a public facility.
• 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a 1055 gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the scheduling of housekeeping work assignments and oversee the completion of the assignments.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers; reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment and delegate duties.
• Staff development including interviews, hires and evaluations; maintain employee files.
• Review department’s financial data and operational performance.
• Operate cleaning equipment according to OSHA standards and chemical safety guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints with discretion to preserve positive guest relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays.
