Caesars Entertainment’s Flamingo Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to SOPs. You will supervise 16–20 hourly staff, conduct interviews, evaluate performance, and enforce safety standards.

The role requires strong English communication, flexibility across shifts and properties, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Flexible to work various shifts and properties; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Supervise housekeeping hourly staff; assist with interviews and evaluations.
• Implement and monitor policies to ensure quality service and safety.
• Initiate corrective action when standards are met or not.
• Oversee daily work, assign duties, and handle keys securely.
• Coordinate with Status Board Operators on room status.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in public areas.
• Monitor supplies and amenities; reorder as needed.
• Report issues and maintenance needs promptly.
• Exercise sound judgment on safety for staff and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Attend trainings and participate in pre-shift meetings.
