Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for AC Hotel Miami Beach. You will supervise associates in room attendants, public areas attendants, and housepersons, ensuring the highest cleanliness and brand standards.

You will schedule weekly rosters, inspect rooms, and manage daily systems for payroll and forecasting while driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Effective at listening to understand, clarify and resolve concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct all housekeeping associates in areas of Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson.
• Distribute room assignments to staff based on occupancy and conduct room inspections.
• Prepare associate weekly schedule according to the business forecast, payroll, and budget and productivity requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Adhere to brand standards.
• Manage daily systems to track performance, payroll, time and attendance, and forecasting.
