Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping. You will lead room inspections, staffing, training, and performance management to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a team while maintaining Marriott brand standards and safety

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Conduct room, public area, and meeting-space inspections to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room status and maintenance issues.
• Train, coach, and develop team; manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
