Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and direct housekeeping teams across rooms, public spaces, and related areas at our Florida Birch Ocean Front property. The role focuses on ensuring cleanliness, quality, and adherence to brand standards to elevate guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assigning staff based on occupancy, preparing weekly schedules, and monitoring payroll, time, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required.
• Ability to convey information clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Direct housekeeping associates in Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson duties.
• Distribute room assignments based on occupancy and conduct room inspections.
• Prepare associate weekly schedule according to forecast, payroll, and budget and productivity requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Adhere to brand standards and manage daily systems for tracking performance, payroll, time, and forecasting.
