Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards.

You will analyze room turns, staff needs, and labor costs while developing efficient procedures and mentoring a skilled team. The role requires a proactive leader who communicates across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews’ exacting standards.
• Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
