Acqualina Management, LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to actively drive sales efforts, including on‑site meetings, lead generation, and prospecting across major markets. You will secure marketing features, attend networking events, and develop strong relationships with partners to boost overall room revenue.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and requires strong English communication, yield forecasting knowledge, and deep product expertise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent training.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of yield management and forecasting.
• Deep product knowledge and selling skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making and organization.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Salesforce, Daylight and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on sales leadership with on-site meetings and lead generation.
• Assist in prospecting, networking events, and securing marketing features.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to grow market share.
• Provide weekly reporting on bookings, opportunities, and activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to train reservations and sales staff.
• Manage group and leisure accounts, and lead on major event partnerships.
