Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Miami is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to generate revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships, booking group bookings, and supporting hotel sales strategies. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet and exceed revenue goals while collaborating with operations to execute successful events.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and prospect new business.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
• Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings
• Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution
• Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
