Job summary

Acqualina Management, LLC is seeking a Concierge to assist guests at our Sunny Isles Beach, FL property. You will provide information, coordinate special arrangements, and ensure guest needs are met throughout pre-arrival, stay, and post-stay phases.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of luxury hotel experience, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor. This is an on-site role supported by a collaborative team across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5 star style hotel/resort.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guest inquiries and coordinate requests for special arrangements or services.
• Attend to immediate needs of all guests pre-arrival, during stay, and post-stay.
• Attend the needs of all permanent residents.
