Job summary

Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Manager. You will assign tasks, monitor schedules, and ensure high cleanliness standards across all guest areas while coordinating with other departments and maintaining housekeeping logs.

The role requires strong English communication, supervisory experience, and familiarity with HotSOS and Opera Cloud.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; strong English communications.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with hospitality/housekeeping software.
• Previous housekeeping experience with supervisory or coordinating duties preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assign guestrooms and oversee housekeeping staff tasks.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and inspect quality.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports and logs.
• Train new team members on procedures and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
