Job summary

Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check in/out guests, handle payments, and provide information and assistance across all guest interactions in a luxury setting. You will collaborate with Bell/Door, Transportation, PBX, Concierge, Reservations, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have high school education, fluent English, and experience with property management systems or POS.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system/ POS.
• Provide legible communication and directions.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
