Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and Marketing through the implementation of sales and marketing programs. This role involves coordinating with the Front Office team, Sales and Marketing team, Housekeeping, all Resort Managers and Executive Offices to ensure guest and resident needs are met.

• Fluency in English and/or Spanish, Portuguese or Russian with strong communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Be a clear thinker, calm under pressure and exercise good judgment.
• Understand guest services and needs; work well in a team.
• Experience with Daylight, Sales and Marketing Management Software.
• Hospitality industry experience.
