Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to manage all front desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. You will direct, implement and maintain a service and management philosophy guiding staff.

Reports to the Front Desk Manager and supervises Front Desk Agents, Bell/Door, PBX, Reservations and Concierge staff. The role spans front desk, back office areas, guest rooms and public spaces.

Competenze

• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with yield management and cost controls.
• Ability to: perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
