The role requires a proven maintenance track record in hospitality, strong communication, and a commitment to service excellence to support profitability and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• BA or college degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years maintenance experience or 3 years supervisory in a hotel environment.
• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commit to delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance staff across operations, guest satisfaction, and cost control.
• Represent the engineering department in daily meetings.
• Plan, schedule, and assign engineering tasks to staff.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance needs with professional service.
• Install and maintain HVAC, DG sets, water treatment, and fire safety equipment.
