Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, and manage seating flow during service.
• Train new host hires on floor plan, OpenTable features, guest interactions and standards.
• Maintain waitlist and seating chart using a computerized system.
• Take and manage reservations for restaurants that allow them.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth shift flow and guest recognition.
