Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and bid farewell to guests.
• Manage seating flow and waitlist accurately.
• Take and manage reservations.
• Balance guest flow among service stations.
• Inform guests when tables are ready and escort them.
• Assist servers and bus persons as needed.
