Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, securing group and corporate business, and representing the hotel with professionalism. This role requires strategic outreach, proposal development, and a proven track record in hospitality sales.

You will collaborate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays, maintain accurate forecasts, and pursue revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales or a senior revenue-driving role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Organized, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts within assigned market segments
• Proactively source new business through calls, networking, and site tours
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
• Work closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays
• Maintain accurate account details, forecasts, and activity logs
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share goals
