You will maximize revenue across hotel offerings, negotiate favorable terms, and coordinate cross-department service for key accounts while travel locally to engage clients and represent the hotel at trade shows.

Qualifications

• Requires proven track record in sales and hospitality background.
• Experience in account management and client negotiations preferred.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, and coach sales associates to uphold brand standards.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to clients.
• Develop persuasive sales presentations and close opportunities.
• Travel locally to meet clients, represent the hotel at trade shows.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and coordinate cross-department servicing.
