DIMENSION MASTER in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager responsible for leading revenue-generating efforts by building strong client relationships, securing group and corporate business, and representing the hotel with professionalism and confidence.

You will develop key accounts, source new business, and coordinate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales or a senior revenue-driving role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Organized, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required.
