Job summary

Dimension Master is seeking an experienced hotel sales leader to drive revenue and market share in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will partner with the Director of Sales, mentor Sales Managers, and manage key client relationships across corporate, leisure, and events sectors. Expect frequent client meetings, contract negotiations, and collaboration with RM, Marketing, Catering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop strategic sales plans maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Managers to achieve targets.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel managers, and planners.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Conduct site tours, client presentations, and sales calls to generate business.
• Negotiate contracts, develop proposals, and secure group/corporate business.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
