Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Novi property seeks an experienced Sales Manager to act as the local on-property sales contact and drive revenue opportunities. Proactively upsell and cultivate key accounts to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.

The role requires managing customer budgets, building relationships, and ensuring timely turnover for service delivery while aligning with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities for the hotel.
• Upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue; create sales contracts.
