Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Sales Manager to locally drive revenue on property by actively soliciting opportunities and handling all revenue-related prospects. You will upsell, forecast group space, and build strong relationships with key accounts to exceed revenue goals.

The role requires 3+ years in progressive sales in hospitality, with a focus on luxury brands and events. You will work across schedules to ensure timely turnover and exceptional guest service across all hotel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in hospitality.
• Experience selling luxury brands and experiential services preferred.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard software (MS Office) and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle all revenue opportunities to meet goals.
• Upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue prior to turnover.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with Event Services to ensure flawless execution.
