Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Formal training beyond high school (tech school, apprenticeship or college).
• Valid Driver’s License must be maintained.
• State/federal background checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Initiate prompt corrective actions on deficiencies found during inspections.
• Operate and interpret tools used in building maintenance and plant repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and monitoring systems.
• Document inspection results and regulatory compliance forms.
• Ensure repairs are cost-effective and communicate options to leadership.
