Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in plant operations and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED plus formal post-secondary training.
• Valid Driver’s License maintained during employment.
• State and federal background checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Operate and interpret test equipment (thermometers, gauges, recorders).
• Demonstrate knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, and electrical code requirements.
• Train or mentor lower level technicians as needed.
