Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plant Services technician to maintain hospital environments, boilers, pumps, and control systems, under supervision of the Manager of Plant Services and Engineering.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and commissioning of life safety, utility, and production systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. A high school diploma and 10+ years of hospital maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

10+ years of maintenance experience, hospital setting preferred.
High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Universal refrigeration license preferred within first year of hire.
Valid driver’s license required.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and utility systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and coordinate HVAC, electrical, and utility systems maintenance.
Conduct daily rounds in machinery rooms and hospital areas.
Diagnose and troubleshoot major HVAC equipment and controls.
Maintain neat shop areas and ensure safe, compliant operations.
Follow regulatory requirements to maintain hospital environment.
