Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventative & General Repair: perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, furnishings, and general equipment.
• Work Order Management (FSI): manage and close work orders using FSI with detailed records.
• Emergency Response: serve as a first responder to urgent repair requests.
