Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to lead referral development in the local market. You will expand relationships with hospices, home health agencies, and other referral sources while maintaining professional representation of our care team.

This field-based role requires 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong local networks, and a track record of performance. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany a lucrative base compensation.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral development experience preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, stability and verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to develop and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners and families.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Work with clinical and operations teams to support referrals and transitions into care.
• Maintain local market knowledge and verifiable performance.
