Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to grow our hospice programs across California. This full-time role requires local candidates with verifiable performance and a proven track record in hospice or home health services.

You will develop and manage relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and community partners to increase referrals, expand sources, and promote Ethos services. Competitive base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• 2+ years hospice/home health sales experience.

• Promote hospice programs and services with professional integrity.

Responsabilités

• Promote hospice programs by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners.
• Develop and manage relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and community partners to increase referrals.
• Expand referral sources and promote Ethos services across California.
• Travel as needed within the region to nurture key accounts and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
