Ethos is seeking a Senior Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive to expand referral networks and grow in the San Antonio market. The role requires hospice or home health sales experience and a proven ability to develop and maintain key relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities include representing hospice services, identifying new referral opportunities, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Hospice or Home Health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral development experience preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge and proven performance are must-haves.

Responsabilités

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales activity.
• Work with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and transitions into care.
