Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to lead referral development across the Arlington market. You will professionally represent hospice services to referral partners, patients and families, expanding opportunities through established accounts.

Ideal candidates have hospice or home health sales experience, strong local market knowledge, and a track record of performance. This role emphasizes independence in the field and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Established local referral sources preferred.
• Local market knowledge and proven performance are must-haves.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral-source relationships in the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services to referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and transitions into care.
