Job summary

Ethos seeks a Senior Hospice Sales Liaison to drive referral development and growth in the local market. You will represent hospice services to referral partners, patients, families, and community stakeholders, expanding accounts through proactive engagement and strategic outreach.

Ideal candidates bring hospice or home health sales experience, strong local market knowledge, and established referral networks.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are must-haves.
• Established referral sources and strong relationships with referral partners are essential.
• Ability to work independently in the field and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with clinical and operations teams to support referrals and smooth transitions into care.
