Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to drive referral partnerships and growth in the local market. You will work with referral partners, patients and families to position hospice services and ensure smooth transitions into care.

The role emphasizes establishing and expanding diverse referral sources, leveraging local market knowledge, and partnering with clinical teams to optimize referrals. Travel and independent field work are required.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or home health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience preferred.
• Established local referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge and proven performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand diverse referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales activity.
• Work with clinical and operations teams to support referrals and transitions into care.
• Familiar with CRM/contact management software.
