Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC is seeking a Senior Community/Clinical Educator in hospice sales. You will develop referral relationships, expand hospice admissions, and drive new business within an assigned territory.

This role also serves as a mentor to newly hired Community/Clinical Educators during their first six months, offering field shadowing, coaching, and ongoing feedback. You will report to the Community Market Manager and work across clinical and operational teams to meet

• Proven sales track record in healthcare sales or related field.
• Experience developing referral networks and driving admissions growth.
• Strong ability to manage a multi-faceted territory and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with physicians and healthcare leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for an assigned territory to generate referrals and grow hospice admissions.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, SNFs, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate referral partners on hospice services, eligibility, and programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Mentor and support newly hired Community/Clinical Educators during their first six months.
