Qualifications

• 3–5 years of market growth and maintenance experience in home care or medical fields.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community marketing activities to meet admissions and growth targets.
• Hire, coach, and supervise department personnel.
• Develop and execute market growth plans and manage budget.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure plan execution and reporting.
• Mentor team members as designated by leadership.
• Represent company services to facilities and physicians.
