Job summary

Casa de la Luz East Valley, part of the LHC Group, seeks a Clinical Director to support the Executive Director in clinical oversight of hospice services and provider care. You will ensure regulatory compliance, staff motivation, and the delivery of high-quality patient care within policy guidelines.

You will supervise clinical operations, collaborate with physicians, and oversee education, quality assurance, and cost-effective practices while promoting community outreach and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current Driver's License and access to a vehicle or reliable transit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with hospice regulations, policies, and payer requirements.
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations, training, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise patient care activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Lead staff recruitment, retention, and staff evaluations.
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Participate in Governing Body meetings and quality improvement efforts.
