Job summary

Casa de la Luz East Valley, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the entire home health provider’s operations. You will coordinate projects, manage patient eligibility, and ensure compliance and quality of care.

Requirements include an active RN license with supervisory experience and a valid driver's license. AZ-specific nursing experience and strong leadership are essential. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• AZ: Must have at least 3 years nursing experience with at least 24 months as a RN in home health services
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees day-to-day operations of the home health provider.
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plans services for patients.
• Implements administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances profitability and provides motivation and retention of qualified staff while ensuring quality of services.
