Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinical operations of the hospice agency.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations.
• Directs staff recruitment, training, and ongoing education.
• Collaborates with physicians to drive clinical excellence.
• Provides oversight of billing processes to ensure compliance.
• Participates in quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Preceptor to new hires as needed.
• Acts as liaison among staff, patients, families, and governing body.
