Casa de la Luz East Valley, part of LHC Group, is recruiting a Hospice Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations of the home health provider, ensuring compliance, quality and profitability while leading staff. The role requires an active RN license with supervisory experience and AZ-specific nursing requirements, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• AZ: Must have at least 3 years nursing experience with at least 24 months as an RN in home health services

Responsibilities
