JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for customers and coordinating with bankers for additional products.

The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending, strong knowledge of local real estate markets, and excellent communication, with compliance attention to Dodd-Frank and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
