Qualifications

• Residential mortgage experience required
• 1+ year in sales/credit/finance
• Proven product sales capability required
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation, objectives and lending needs to achieve home ownership goals
• Collect and analyze information about financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, income, assets and credit history
• Analyze financial information to assess qualification for lending solutions
• Make recommendations on lending solutions that meet customer objectives
• Advise customers on consequences, risks and benefits of lending options
• Promote Citi's lending services and engage real estate agents and referral sources
• Visit customers outside Citi offices based on clientele and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and grow mortgage lending business
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners to expand business
