Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Proven product sales capability is required.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience is preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs to help achieve home ownership goals.
• Analyze customer financials and credit history to assess loan qualification.
• Recommend lending solutions to meet customers' objectives and explain risks/benefits.
• Promote Citi brands and mortgage services to clients, agents, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, CPAs, builders and other referral partners.
