Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, product management, strategy, operations, or risk management.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and the home lending lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to quickly develop subject matter expertise in new products and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support evaluation of mortgage product, policy, and process enhancements through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess impact of investor, regulatory, and market changes on products and strategic priorities.
• Identify emerging trends to inform future product strategy recommendations.
• Analyze performance, customer experience, and operations to develop recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to develop business cases and governance materials for leadership review.
• Coordinate discovery activities and input from Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology, and others.
• Contribute expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle of initiatives.
