Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Strategic and Product Analytics Lead in Home Lending Origination to shape product growth with data-driven insights. You will own the analytical framework, challenge process, and prioritization for mortgage and home equity initiatives, partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Finance.

You will influence short-term results and long-term strategy, balancing trade-offs while driving cross-functional collaboration and value across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, consumer lending products, or related roles.
• Subject matter expertise in strategic analysis, data analysis, finance or home lending products.
• Ability to create business case-based analytics and provide data-driven insights for prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a standard data-led analysis and challenge framework for Product and Innovation initiatives.
• Provide analytical support in business case development and present findings to senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate concepts and lead risk data partnerships and challenge processes.
• Identify product improvements to create and maintain a best-in-class offering.
• Assess operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery, or other risks and coordinate solutions.
• Understand interdependencies between variables and communicate tradeoffs and impacts.
• Manage book of work prioritization and communications with partners and management.
