JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will support the lending team with product knowledge and guidance to help clients achieve homeownership.

The role emphasizes coaching branch teams, collaborating with bankers, and driving mortgage originations while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial analysis-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell programs.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and reports within line relationships.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
