JPMorgan Chase in Florida seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process with expert market knowledge. You’ll serve as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan, collaborating with branch teams and bankers to promote products and deliver a standout customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in mortgage lending and sales, plus familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
