Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Florida to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guide clients on mortgage products, collaborate with branch teams, and promote a superior customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage lending, strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, and excellent communication skills with local real estate market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
