JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to help clients navigate mortgage options and realize the dream of homeownership. You will serve as the primary contact across the loan lifecycle, coordinating with the team to deliver a seamless experience.

You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and promote mortgage loan origination through local market knowledge and compliant practices, while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Demonstrates consultative skills with financial analysis, product knowledge and customer needs.
