Job summary

You will collaborate with bankers and branch teams, ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending, and build lasting relationships while promoting mortgage solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on customer needs.
